The primary purpose of this integrated system is to improve the company’s performance, achieve business objectives, increase the quality of services, ensure customer satisfaction and guarantee the attention to the health and safety of employees, customers and other stakeholders.
In 2022, COOSS obtained the UNI/PdR 125:2022 – Certification on Gender Equality – aimed at consolidating an equal opportunity culture and creating an inclusive work environment, respectful of gender diversity, free of all forms of discrimination, and enhancing women’s careers even at managerial levels.
In addition to the Corporate Management System certifications, COOSS has obtained three specific certifications in some of its facilities for the third age, disability and childhood areas.
