In 2022, COOSS adopted the UNI/PdR 125:2022 standard that defines guidelines on the management system for gender equality.
COOSS, which has always been committed to valuing diversity and combating gender stereotypes and violence, has obtained the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Certification on Gender Equality aimed at consolidating a culture of equal opportunities and creating an inclusive work environment, respectful of gender diversity, free of all forms of discrimination and enhancing women’s careers also at managerial levels.
COOSS, inspired by its values and principles expressed in the Code of Ethics, has already implemented numerous initiatives on the issue of gender equality, but there are many efforts that we can make to achieve even more ambitious results in the creation of an inclusive work environment and to improve efficiency and competitiveness as well.
