The main objective of NextStep4-SFC is to provide operational responses in the field of job placement practitioners by promoting interdisciplinarity, fostering the inclusion of actors in the field of training and socio-professional integration, and enabling job seekers to be able to enhance and have their non-technical skills recognized through hybrid, distance or in-person courses.

Goals

– A lab on Behavioral Know-How called SFC-LAB.
– An Open Badges system for the recognition of SFCs
– A formaziome device for trainers, orienters, councellors, etc.
– A training device for interns, students, job seekers.
