Service available from Mondays to Fridays from 9 am to 1 pm (except holidays)
Answering the phone will be one of our counter operators in Ancona who will pass the request on to the COOSS counter nearest to the home of the person in need.
The specialized area contact will phone back within 24 hours and will draw up an Assistance Plan to suit requirements in accordance with the time required to provide a quality service.
